چکیده

For market-based procurement of low-voltage flexibility, DSOs identify the amount flexibility needed for resolving probable distribution network (DN) voltage and thermal congestion. A framework is required to avoid over or under-procurement in presence uncertainty. To this end, we propose a scenario-based robust chance-constrained (CC) day-ahead needs assessment (FNA) framework. The CC level analogous risk DSO willing take planning. Multi-period optimal power flow performed calculate issues. Future uncertainties are considered as multiple scenarios, which utilized solve (FNA-OPF) problem. FNA tool calculates temporal locational ramp-up ramp-down DN. We also Pareto mechanism selecting reduce while reducing DN Zonal clustering feeder using electrical distance measure, with spatial partitioning silhouette coefficient. Further, zonal nodal bid matching algorithm proposed, where alternate bids same zone identified case not exact, compared calculated FNA. proposed assists system operator selection by avoiding rerunning evaluations. leads more than 43% additional reduction incidents naive matching. Furthermore, real German 646 nodes 331 consumers.

Generic Subsequence Matching Framework: Modularity, Flexibility, Efficiency

Subsequence matching has appeared to be an ideal approach for solving many problems related to the fields of data mining and similarity retrieval. It has been shown that almost any data class (audio, image, biometrics, signals) is or can be represented by some kind of time series or string of symbols, which can be seen as an input for various subsequence matching approaches. The variety of data...

A Robust Optimization Framework for Analyzing Distribution Systems with Transshipment

This paper studies a distribution system consisting of multiple retail locations with transshipment operations among the retailers. Due to the difficulty in computing the optimal solution imposed by the transshipment operations and in estimating shortage cost from a practical perspective, we propose a robust optimization framework for analyzing the impact of transshipment operations on such a d...

robust stabilization for fuzzy network control systems with data drift

in this study, a robust controller is designed for fuzzy network control systems (ncss) using the static output feedback. delay and data packet dropout affect on the stability of network control systems, and therefore, the asymptotic stability condition is established considering delay and data packet dropout. delay is time-varying while the lower and upper bounds for delay is defined, and the ...
